Joy Julius is a Nigerian and Swiss designer based in London. She graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Fashion Design where she won a scholarship to intern for Tommy Hilfiger's Runway and Collection team in Amsterdam.

Upon graduation, she was won the first ever FACE/ Black excellence award, a GFF x TikTok residency, was a part of Christopher Kane's "Platform" edition 3 and 4 and later worked for several brand as a freelancer. 

Joy Julius has now launched her own eponymous brand, JOY JULIUS, in 2023.

"I wanted to create a brand that celebrates both the feminine and masculine sides of our identities," said Joy. "I believe that fashion is a powerful tool for self-expression, and I want my designs to empower people to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, regardless of their gender identities."
